I’m not completely sure how I came across this post but if your still tinkering with markdown I recommend splitmark.com It’s what I use for my blog I like it better than the built in WordPress editor. Split mark is an online, privacy-focused, open-source, real-time split-view markdown editor powered by Showdown and Split.js. No login, no ads, and no tracking. I love it because I sometimes write for a long time and and I like the minimal styling.
